Our services include rate analysis, trending, predictive maintenance and other diagnostics to ensure our clients minimize costs and premature equipment failures, while maximizing equipment life, comfort and personnel safety.

Performance Contracting. The federal government and many state laws require that energy saving performance contracts be measured and verified by an independent, unbiased agent. With decades of experience at the ins and outs of performance contracts, energy efficiency and demand management, PE Consulting is uniquely qualified to provide the measurement and verification services cost effectively to ensure sustainable, long lasting results.
