Benchmarking:
Benchmarking is the first step to understanding and reducing your utility bills and carbon footprint. It is is the process of measuring and comparing your energy consumption to peers both locally and regionally or nationally. Our automated benchmarking service (ABS) will empower you to: comply with benchmarking regulations (such as AB1103), set realistic goals for improvements, monitor those improvements, reduce auditing or commissioning costs and simplify certification.

Energy Auditing:
Energy Auditing will determine which energy efficiency measures will help you reach your target energy reduction goals and meet your capital investment return criteria. But not all audits are created equal. PE Consulting auditors are seasoned, unbiased experts in energy efficiency, sustainability, operations and finance. Our technicians and engineers will conduct an on-site field visit to evaluate various building systems, analyze the options and present the following for each energy efficiency measure recommended:

Recommended scope of work
Estimated complete installation cost
Estimated energy and operating savings
Greenhouse gas emission reduction
Available rebates and incentives
Internal Rate of Return and Cash Flow Projections
