The purpose of a property condition assessment is to provide a synopsis of the overall condition of a building and it's major infrastructure (mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems). These types of audits are usually needed by real estate investors, schools or large institutions wanting to assess a property's condition and uncover hidden deferred maintenance issues before investing public funds or purchasing a property.
